We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.

Yes, all MANGMI electronic products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. If you experience any technical issues, please contact our support team for a replacement or repair.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return window. For electronics, the item must be returned in its original packaging with all cables, manuals, and accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply if the original seal is broken.

Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
